2024's theme is "Breaking the Silence and Stigma"

This year we are making a big push on having the difficult conversations and getting the help. ALL of us have suffered from a mental illness at some point: PTSD, depression, anxiety, and a whole lot of other stuff. There is no shame in enduring trauma and getting some spicy after effects, so its our responsibility to lead the way in showing hope is possible! With the right help, you CAN have a better quality of life. Its time to open up and share our own TRIUMPHS over our struggles.

Details:
Anyone can participate in an Operation Mercury ruck/walk, not just veterans
Only veterans or servicemembers can LEAD a walk, unless its another organization leading one. In that example, that organization can designate a civilian to lead their if no other veteran or servicemember is available.
Each ruck/walk leader must have a 5k route chosen before registering.
THIS IS NOT A FUNDRAISER, AND NO ONE WHO IS LEADING A RUCK/WALK CAN FUND RAISE OFF THIS EVENT. MONEY IS NOT THE PURPOSE HERE.

Locations will be listed in the event link above as they are registered.

August 22, 2021, 22 Until None along with partner organizations, hosted 39 rucks in 8 countries on 4 continents all on the same day. Operation Mercury was born as a project joining forces with allied veterans and the community across the globe against veteran suicide, support for the veteran community and camaraderie. Even more people did their own rucks in addition to the hosted walks. This project was created for the passion we all share for helping veterans and the military community.
